As you may or may not be aware, rental tenants do not usually engender great respect among real estate agents. In almost every property I have ever rented, whenever I dealt with the agency involved, I have been treated like a nuisance at best. I've had to deal with failing amenities and hostile attitudes every step of the way. In one instance I had to take my case to the government ombudsman in order to get some very basic repairs made.
